Round Rock Children’s Therapy Center is proud to be a family-owned clinic, founded and led by husband-and-wife team Melissa and Colt. As a small business rooted in our local community, RRCTC was built on strong values: integrity, compassion, collaboration, and a deep commitment to children and families.
Melissa began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in another practice, but quickly realized she envisioned something more — a place where families felt known, therapists felt supported, and services were truly collaborative. With a passion for comprehensive care, she pursued additional training and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to thoughtfully develop and strengthen RRCTC’s ABA program alongside speech services. Together, Melissa and Colt created a clinic where clinical excellence meets genuine relationships.
Today, RRCTC proudly offers Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under one roof. As a family-owned practice, we believe in individualized care, open communication, and creating a welcoming environment where children can grow with confidence — and where families feel like part of our own.
